Rocky Mountain Orienteering Club Board Meeting
December 13, 2019
Conducted via conference call

Participants: Doug Berling (President), Senia Bozova (Vice President) Duncan Browne (Treasurer), and B. Brooke Mann (Secretary).

Minutes

We started the meeting at 6:00 pm.

The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss signature authority on RMOC's bank account. It was moved, seconded, and carried that we will remove Sverre Froyen (previous Treasurer) and add Duncan Browne (newly elected Treasurer) as authorized signators on RMOC's bank account. Doug Berling will remain on the bank account as an authorized signature.  Doug & Duncan will coordinate on doing anything that needs to happen in person at the bank.

Other discussion --

* Our 2020 schedule is in progress; Doug will update us as details are confirmed.
* White Ranch permit confirmed -- Doug will forward to Senia.
* Cherry Creek -- date is open at end of April -- need to request permit -- Doug will forward ranger email to Senia.
* Doug will send Dropbox details to Senia.
* Frisco Ski-O -- not 100% confirmed yet for 1/25/2020, but likely. Summit Nordic team would have a conflict in the morning on that date, but may come in the afternoon
* Snow Mountain Ranch -- TBD.
* DTR -- depends on JP's interest.
* Grand Lake Nordic Center -- potential new map; nice area; a bit farther away.
