The RMOC Board met and agreed unanimously that Sverre Froyen is authorized to conduct
business on behalf of RMOC, in order to facilitate services for RMOC.  We also agreed 
that Sverre, as RMOC Treasurer, has the authority to execute agreements with our bank, 
execute services transactions, and furnish instructions as necessary to implement such 
services.
